When Peter is not busy empowering businesses to achieve continual relevance, you can find him surfing the waves of the Australian coastline.

Jeremy is a seasoned global creative with an established, award-winning reputation that stretches across a broad range of industries. Working as a strategic partner of the agency, he uncovers valuable insight for our brands that are in line with the Fearless philosophy. As a tireless creative, Jeremy is constantly looking to push brands beyond their comfort zone and to help them find their Fearless moment. When Jeremy isn’t busy fighting for the creative life, he’s in the waves and chilling with his two Siamese cats.
Yazmeen Halim Othman
With a background in philosophy and literature, Yazmeen believes in the power of the written word. Whether it’s social media captions, ad copywriting or blogs, she is driven to bring a distinct tone of voice to your brand messaging. Copywriter by day, Yazmeen dabbles in the art of social media management and Pinterest experimentation by night.
Graphic design, branding, layout obsessed; there is nothing Helena can’t do (except maybe resist a Coco break). While her heart lies with creativity and design, she enjoys immersing herself in strategic branding projects that allow her to exercise the left side of her brain (just don’t make her solve a math problem).
A dedicated cheese aficionado, there is one thing that makes Rebecca more excited than a wheel of brie - that is driving with her impressive creative force to help brands refine their targeted messaging. A critical thinker, Rebecca combines her way with words with a vivid imagination to create magical copy.
Ben is a writer, creative and occasional video editor. With a passion for great ideas, he believes that with the right concept, everything can be made interesting. Ben has a love for good food and beer and is always on the hunt for the perfect pizza. He still hasn’t found it yet.
Graphic Design Intern
Fresh out of high school, with a multitude of freelance graphic design work already under his belt, Benjamin takes a holistic design approach to create unique identities for businesses, events and beliefs. Being an avid mountain biker, Benjamin escapes work, school and life in general, on two wheels in the mountains.
Coco contributes to the team by meeting and greeting anyone that walks through our door. A big fan of head scratches and belly rubs, don’t expect her to leave you alone until you’ve given her either (or both). She also specialises in security and waste disposal.
